WILLINGA Arena Eventing and Showjumping
A slow few months for TE with events being cancelled due to the enormity of water…EVERYWHERE!
With a year like no other for inclement weather, followed by 2 years of on and off events due to COVID, our horses are getting older (sadly we are too!!) plus gaining less exposure and very much in need of competitions. We have been in this business for 40 years and we have never been faced with all this unsettlement in our industry. We are truly hoping that 2023 will see us get back to competing regularly in preparation for PARIS 2024.
We are manifesting a fabulous return to Eventing soon 🙂
Stuart has been focusing on his Course Design plus travelling OS to gain knowledge and trends in our sport. Recently he shared the team experience from the ground at WEG (Pratoni ROME) Sadly Australia did not go as well as expected, at the end of the Championships not being competitive and not qualifying for PARIS Olympics. A set road to gain qualification as a nation is going to be a challenge next year.
A brief holiday after WEG for us both, loving some international travel, plus catching up with UK family 🙂
Back home and we hit Willinga Park with Arena Eventing, plus Show jumping! The rain came down in buckets, however the facility is so superb, with amazing surfaces it did not matter.
