Reflecting on last years ‘ups and downs’ matching with this years ‘down and ups!’ SURELY 2023 will be void of climatic disasters plus pandemic challenges, filled with events for us all to work and train towards and enjoy a great new season. We are certainly manifesting this for next year ๐
We would firstly like to thank all our supporters, sponsors, and owners, it has been a very testing 2 years. Bates Saddles, CopRice, Horseland and CEVA equine. You all have fully supported us in times that we were all not accustomed.. you are inspirational and while times have been tough you all have thought outside the square to keep the enthusiasm in our sport! We personally are deeply grateful and would confidently speak on behalf of the while equine industry. THANK-YOU. Our supporters, Ecomist, Proteq equine bedding and HIDEZ, you have never faltered on your support, again we are truly appreciative.
Owners, Tim Game (Diabolo, Panamera) you are always quietly in the background with support and advice like no other- we are indebted to you ๐ The Blair/Weller family (Pepper, Viennese) you are fun, engaging and always delightful.
With the season over for 2022, we have to also thank all the event committees for trying so hard to bring us events but failed due to Covid, floods and limited travel to get our international officials, you worked tirelessly, and we truly believe 2023 will be an exciting and brilliant event season.
We ended the year with Wallaby Hill Event, Viennese winning the CNC3* and Tia McKenzieโs Cascavall 10th in his first 2*, both horses were so polite all event and performed excellently.
With that in mind, we had some time to build back our team! We are thrilled to make known we have bought 2 new horses from overseas ๐ One a stunning dark grey (5yo) and another lovely bay (6yo) both geldings. We are very excited, no doubt there will be straws pulled for which of the Tinney’s gets the rides!!
We will have a busy 2023, we are well rested, and we are ready!
The first 3 months we will introduce our new purchases to the world of Eventing at the lower levels, Vinnie will work towards 4* and Diabolo will be prepared for Adelaide 5* – which is now 22/23rd APRIL. We do have WERRIBEE Fei L format 2-5th FBRUARY which is an addition due to not having enough qualifying events this 2022 season. BIG PICTURE- The Olympics 2024 in PARIS! Oh la la ๐
\Wishing you a very engaging Christmas, with friends, family and pets, from us all here at Tinney Eventing. 🎁🎄🦄
